(April 20, 2020) It was such a pleasure to speak to Mark Schwegler today to tell him they will receive a $10,000 grant to provide personal protective equipment for their firefighters. “We currently have personnel who are not properly outfitted with personnel protective equipment,” he wrote in the application. “This grant will allow us to acquire the minimum gear needed to safely respond to fires and auto accidents and medical aids without compromising personnel safety.”
Mark told me this was going to be a huge help to the department.
